How long does the battery last?
The run-time of the battery depends on the surfing speed as well as the weight of the surfer. The battery lasts up to 50 minutes.

Can I ship the product?
Due to IATA regulations lithium-ion batteries with a capacity above 100 Wh are only allowed to be transported with cargo aircraft. If you wish to ship your OLO ONE batteries via air, we would gladly assist you with the transport. Just contact our OLO Service.

How long is the warranty of the surfboard
OLO offers a two year warranty on its products.

How can I insure the surfboard?
As insurance policies vary in every country we cannot provide a general recommendation. Just contact your local insurance agency and find out about the best possible solutions.

I have damaged the carbon fiber hull. What can I do?
First of all: Don’t worry! In case the hull is damaged beyond repair, we can send you a brand new carbon fiber hull and you can keep using your power box and battery boxes. The hull does not contain any wires, so we can easily replace it with a new one.

Where can I surf the OLO ONE?
The sky is the limit! And some local authorities. You can take the OLO ONE on any water you like – be it the ocean, lakes and rivers. In some countries and regions though, the use of motorized water toys in lakes and rivers underlies restrictions, even electric motors.
